In the Sculpture Garden a few days after the opening night event, with Nathan Imhasly's sculpture The Lovers - and my poem about the piece, displayed on the seat beside me.

The Bradford on Avon Arts Festival Sculpture Garden

18th July 2015, 6:00pm - 10:00pm, 15 Woolley Street, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1AD

I'll be mingling with visitors and writing poetry 'live' at this, the opening event for an inspiring exhibition of contemporary sculpture by local artists. The poetry will respond to visitor's impressions of the art work on display in the beautiful garden setting, the home of Glenys and George Lunt. I'll be reading out some of the poems at around 9pm, then they'll be polished up, printed and laminated, to hang in the garden for the rest of the exhibition (closes 26th July). Come and enjoy a bit of jazz, courtesy of This Side of Paris. Tickets, £5, to include a glass of wine. And you may find yourself in a poem. What's not to like?
